Social Worker – Mental Health and Substance Misuse

Liquid Personnel is looking for a dedicated Adult Social Worker to join the Mental Health and Substance Misuse Team in Southwark. What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will support individuals with significant substance misuse issues and co-occurring mental, physical, and neurological issues. The Social Worker will need experience in direct work and must be dynamic, compassionate, and creative. You will often work in the home environment of individuals, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.
