Social Worker I (Bilingual /Spanish)

The Social Worker I works as part of the social service team. They report to the Clinical Coordinator, or Director of Clinical and Social Services, while working closely with their Building Manager.

A Social Worker I is an exempt employee who is required to have a Masters' Degree. They are expected to be able to work autonomously while developing 1:1 relationships with the residents. This relationship will enable the Social Worker I to provide a comprehensive range of social work services to the residents and enable the residents to establish and maintain safe and independent lifestyles in the community.
