Advert Social Worker (Justice Social Work, Pathways Project and Caledonian Men’s Programme) Ahead of adopting the Caledonian Programme in Renfrewshire we are adding to our long-established Pathways Project to enable cross training of MF2C and Caledonian accredited programmes. The Pathways Project works with people who are convicted of sexual offences to protect the public and reduce sexual recidivism. Pathways has three core functions: Offence-Focused Work: Pathways deliver offence-focused interventions, both programmatic and bespoke depending on individual need, responsivity issues and circumstance. We piloted the revised national programme Moving Forward 2 Change (MF2C) and have now fully transitioned to the delivery of this. For Women and young people involved in harmful sexual behaviour we link with our respective specialist services for assessment and intervention.
