Social Worker - Brotherhood Programme

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive groupwork and training both in the community and prison
• Provide rehabilitation/family program to men who caused hurt to their family
• Program design and evaluation
• Casework and counselling intervention

• Growth Mindset
• Interest to support individual and family facing domestic violence
• Passion and commitment to support family to break the cycle of intergenerational transmission of domestic violence
• Program design and evaluation
• Able to build and leverage on effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborative yet able to work independently
