Robinvale District Health Service (RDHS) provides flexible and coordinated health care services for communities in Victoria’s accessibleOutback – we work in northwest Victoria, and parts of New South Wales. We provide aged care, sub-acute and allied health services on a primary care model that meets our communities’ health needs across the lifespan. We work holistically and we empower individuals, families and communities to take charge of their own health.
We are seeking a Social Worker – Grade 2 to work in a full-time basis (80hrs per fortnight, including ADO’s – ongoing)
About the role
The Grade 2 Social Worker is an experienced clinician who works with individuals, families, groups and communities to assist with, and improve well-being through casework, counselling, advocacy and community development.
