Job Description

- Manage and operate all company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other relevant channels.
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
- Develop creative content ideas, scripts, and captions that match brand tone and communicate strong USPs.
- Coordinate with the Video and Design teams to ensure timely content production and publishing.
- Monitor, track, and analyse content performance (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, etc.).
- Optimise content strategy based on data insights and audience behaviour.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and community engagement.
