Job Description
As our Social Media Manager Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing BauWatch's social media strategy across Europe, strengthening our brand, engaging key audiences and supporting business growth across 11 markets.
This is an operational role with strategic input. You enjoy turning ideas into action, creating engaging content, analysing performance and continuously improving results. You are curious about new technologies and passionate about using AI to scale social media activities, improve efficiency and increase impact. You will report directly to the Head of Brand & Content and work closely with Brand & Content, Digital, Performance Marketing and local marketing teams across Europe. Short lines. Real ownership.
