The Social Media Manager role sits within the global communications function as part of the social media team and is responsible for executing the firm’s global social media strategy. The role reports directly to the global social media lead.
Key responsibilities
Support global and locally focused marketing campaigns with content development across corporate and personal social media channels.
Plan, create and publish social media content to support the activities of marketing and business development colleagues, with a consistent tone of voice and brand presence.
Monitor social media platforms to identify risks - and opportunities to enhance brand reputation.
Provide an enhanced layer of ongoing social media support to key executives.
Deliver a curated stream of content via a social media employee advocacy tool.
