Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
• Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and other engagements, and respond in a timely manner.
• Analyze data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make informed adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaign goals.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure all platforms are used effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., customer service, product development) to provide solutions to customers’ inquiries.
