Community Management
- Manage day-to-day engagement across CasinoPH community channels, including Telegram, Facebook, Viber, and other relevant platforms.
- Build an active, positive, and loyal community by encouraging conversations, answering basic questions, and driving participation.
- Monitor community sentiment, user feedback, trending discussions, and recurring concerns.
- Escalate product, payment, support, or trust-related issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain community standards and ensure discussions remain safe, respectful, and aligned with CasinoPHs brand.
