Position Overview

CRM and Social Media Executive

We are setting up Zoho CRM for the first time. You will be the sole manager of this system, responsible for establishing the architecture, automations, and workflows from scratch without external technical support.

Responsibilities

• Full Digital Ownership : Manage the entire digital ecosystem, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.
• The Face of the Clinic : Serve as the digital ambassador by appearing in videos, presenting our services, and humanizing the clinic for our audience.
• Creative Execution : As a one‑person creative team, design all flyers and marketing collateral, film and edit social media videos, and produce engaging content across platforms.

• Probationary period: 2months.
