The role
We're looking for a Social & Influencer Specialist to join our social media team at Lorna Jane headquarters in Brisbane. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role — no direct reports, full ownership. You'll be responsible for the content that brings our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok and beyond, and for the influencer strategy that puts Lorna Jane in front of the right audiences through the right voices.
One day you're behind the camera filming a Reel. The next you're briefing a creator, reviewing their content, and reporting back on what moved the needle. Both matter equally here.
