The role spans platform strategy, creator development, affiliate programs, and live selling execution — translating Sunnies' brand equity across Face, Sun, Flask, and Optical into meaningful commercial outcomes
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Social Commerce Strategy & Platform Growth
- Develop and execute the social commerce growth roadmap across TikTok Shop and adjacent platforms
- Translate brand strategies from Face, Sun, Flask, and Optical into platform-specific commerce activations
- Monitor platform algorithm shifts, feature rollouts, and competitive movement to continuously optimize approach
- Set brand-level GMV targets and own launch sequencing — reporting directly to the Online Sales and Marketing Head
