Agile Coaching & Facilitation
- Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Coach the Development Team and Product Owner in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
Team Support & Leadership
- Foster a positive team environment and high team morale.
- Help the team remove impediments and blockers.
- Encourage collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Support conflict resolution and team dynamics.
Process & Standards Alignment
- Ensure adherence to Bosch’s internal standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
