[SO] Sample Management Support

Job Description

• Process and validate sample orders in systems , ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Track and monitor sample order status, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and production plants for timely delivery 
• Act as first-level support for stakeholders and facilitate smooth communication across the sample workflow 
• Prepare documentation, maintain records, and support reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Japanese N2, good English communication (Japanese is a plus)
• Strong coordination and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Structured thinking, problem-solving ability, and proactive working style
