Snr/Lead Exec (Community Serv & Leadership) - Student Dev & Alumni Relations

(What the role is) Student Development Executive (SDE), Community Service & Leadership, plays a vital role in the growth and development of learners in NYP. He/she takes on the design and implementation of a variety of student development activities that will enhance learners' ability to acquire leadership and life skills and looks after the governance of student organisations. As a life coach, he/she fosters the development of our learners holistically via co-curricular activities (CCAs) and mentors student leaders throughout the year. (What you will be working on) Develop, implement and evaluate leadership training programmes for students. This includes mentoring processes to ensure that student leaders are well-equipped to fulfil their roles and are able to manage their clubs more effectively.
