Job Description
Responsibilities
- New/mass production yield & data-log analysis and improvement
- Product yield abnormalities systematic analysis
- Work with modules, Integration & QRA etc to solve product technical issues
- Product yield improvement and related customer request support
- Identify yield opportunities and set preliminary yield targets
- Liaise with Customer Engineers/Field Engineers to resolve customers’ technical & yield concerns
- Coordinate with Lab for low yield wafer failure analysis support
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in front end wafer fabrication process
- Understanding and experience in Wafer Process, analyze root cause and failure analysis
- Good presentation and communication skills
