Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Key Tasks and Deliverables Design, develop, and validate next‑generation High Voltage (HV) battery systems and BMS algorithms for BEV and HEV platforms
Develop and optimize BMS functions including SOC, SOH, SOP estimation, thermal management, diagnostics, and safety logic
Create and maintain battery digital twin models for performance prediction and lifecycle analysis
Perform battery and vehicle system modeling, simulation, calibration, and validation
Support HEV energy management and control strategy development
Analyze field data, logs, and failures to improve robustness and reliability
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams from concept development through SOP 2. Critical Must-Have Deliverables Production‑ready BMS algorithms (SOC, SOH, SOP, balancing, safety)
Validated battery system models aligned with vehicle integration needs
