Snowflake Data Platform Lead — Scale, Security & DevOps

Southern Cross Health Insurance seeks a hands-on data platform leader to own the Snowflake-based platform and the surrounding data infrastructure. You will shape the architecture, drive ingestion, orchestration and observability, and set the standards across a growing Data & AI function.

You’ll lead engineers, collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams, and champion DevOps practices to deliver reliable, scalable and cost-efficient data solutions for Aotearoa’s health data landscape.
