Primary Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow-based service management solutions, partnering with solution architects to ensure seamless deployment and alignment with business requirements. Translate functional needs into technical configurations and develop presentation materials to communicate solution design and progress.
Provide technical leadership for the implementation team, with a focus on ServiceNow IT Financial Management (ITFM) capabilities and integrations, particularly with ApptioOne and Databricks.
