SMT Process Engineer: Lean, DFM & Quality

Masimo is seeking an experienced SMT Process Engineer to develop, validate and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and fixtures for high‑volume electronics assembly. You will address daily production issues, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 standards.

Responsibilities include programming SMT equipment, creating reflow profiles, conducting yield analysis, and leading DFMA initiatives.
