Smokefree Health Support Practitioner

ProCare is looking for a full-time practitioner for the Ready Steady Quit service to provide support in smoking cessation. This role includes health education, client assessments, and working closely within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have strong community networking skills, a solid understanding of the Māori and Pacific populations, and be committed to a no-smoking policy. Flexible working hours and a collaborative team culture are part of the offer.
