Job Summary
The Device Repair Technician supports corporate and franchise stores by providing entry-level device repair services and remote technical support. This role performs basic repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. The Device Repair Technician will assist with remote technical support, inventory processes, and training activities. This position will build foundational knowledge and hands-on skills through structured observation, collaboration, and guided practice.
