Responsible for providing a fun, friendly, efficient service and sophisticated experience for our guests. Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
Greeting guests, answering questions and being an informational resource regarding guest inquiries regarding rooms, restaurants and entertainmentMarketing and recruiting new guests to property and establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with repeat guestsMonitoring assigned area and attending to and anticipating guest’s needs; including jackpot payments, personalizing providing a comfortable, fun, experience for guestsAccurately maintain a Cash Pouch involving Company fundsComplies with all Gaming guidelines and signatory controlsMay perform duties that include: reviewing bill validator jams and TITO paper fillsOther job related duties as assignedQualif...
