Ensure excellent service by maintaining machine functionality, building positive customer relationships, and responding promptly to machine issues such as hand pays, jackpots, and malfunctions.
Requirements
- Provide top-tier service to both internal and external guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and greet guests courteously.
- Ensure slot machines are functioning properly; attend to minor malfunctions and replenish slot tickets.
- Place Out of Order signs on broken machines and notify technicians and supervisors for repairs.
- Engage proactively with slot customers to foster positive relationships.
