Sling Maker Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure sling making is done as per plan and specifications.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, preventing delays and managing issues.
• Conduct necessary training of team members.
• Keep management updated on sling manufacturing matters.
• Propose methods and resource requirements to enhance sling making process.
• Prepare waybills, arrange transport to barge or vessel upon completion.
• Arrange proper storage and preservation of all slings.
• Receive slings after offshore completion and perform condition check of wire rope, maintaining records.
• Inspect slings regularly, clean before and after use, and arrange for proper storage.
• Ensure all work meets HSE standards and approved procedures.
