Skilled Tradesmen needed for Prep and Punchlist repairs on new homes

We are looking for Preppers for finish and detail work on newly constructed homes getting them ready to turn over to new homeowners. We are looking to hire multiple qualified individuals.

The Prep & Detail Tech should be able to perform punch list repairs as needed.

Must have knowledge of the following:
• Electrical Experience
• Carpentry: rough and finish carpentry (trim, molding, doors & framing)
• Painting: matching paint for touch up to custom painting and model maintenance
• Minor Electrical, fixtures, wall plugs
• Drywall repairs: patch/ tape/ texture
• Caulking
• Minor repairs
• Detailing and cleaning
• Attention to detail

Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
