Site Survey Specialist

VELORIA Smart Home Automation is looking for a Site Survey Specialist in Dubai to join our growing smart home team.

The role is focused on visiting villas, apartments, and residential projects to inspect the site, understand client requirements, collect technical details, and prepare clear survey reports for our design and pricing team.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites for smart home surveys.
• Check lighting points, switches, curtains, AC, security, CCTV, smart locks, network, and DB locations.
• Take required site photos and notes.
• Identify whether the project is first fix, second fix, ready property, or retrofit.
• Coordinate with the admin, pricing, and installation teams.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Smart Home, Low Current, Electrical, or ELV systems.
