Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Director (PD) and Project Manager (PM) to deliver good quality projects, on time and within schedule.
- Responsible for overall planning, coordination & execution of projects.
- Regular reporting on progress & monitoring schedules to PD/PM.
- Manage a team of subcontractors, workers.
- Conduct daily safety briefing, inspections of worksite to ensure compliance on WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures matters.
- Supervise workers at workplaces.
- Monitor, control, and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors.
- Coordinate, organize and prepare documents, reports and shop drawings.
- Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works program and produce short term works plans.
