Supervise and lead on-site construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications while ensuring strict safety compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities following project plans and specifications to ensure quality and timeliness
• Lead on-site construction teams to complete work efficiently within budget constraints
• Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress for timely delivery
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety among all workers
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement prompt resolutions
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide clear updates on project status
