Job Description
Overview
We're looking for a Certified Red Seal Plumber with supervisory experience to lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in an industrial environment.
Location: Secunda, Mpumalanga. Contract Type: Limited Duration Contract.
Requirements
Red Seal Plumbing certification (mandatory)
Grade 12 / Matric
5 years supervisory experience (construction/maintenance/industrial services)
Sasol/petrochemical site experience advantageous
Valid driver's license, medically fit
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workforce
Ensure work meets scope, safety, and client standards
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Manage materials, equipment, and documentation
Liaise with clients and subcontractors
Handle discipline and incident reporting
