About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and fleet operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient route planning, driver supervision, fleet compliance, operational reporting, and customer service delivery while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily driver attendance, performance, and compliance.
- Coordinate route planning, vehicle dispatch, loading, and deliveries.
- Monitor fleet utilisation, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and roadworthiness.
- Ensure compliance with driver documentation, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
