Job Description:
- Lead and manage the general cleaning process, including planning, coordinating, executing tasks, and supervising cleaning crews across multiple job sites.
- Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to team members effectively.
- Manage and maintain inventory and cleaning equipment across various job sites.
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure that cleaning team members are properly trained and that their skills align with client requirements.
- Review work orders to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
- Respond to and report any operational incidents to the office and clients.
- Assist to move equipment and products.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
- Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.
