We are hiring a Site Superintendent to lead our Townhomes project in Vancouver, BC — $6M ground-up, wood-frame townhouse build. You'll be the on‑site leader from project startup through occupancy: site logistics, multi‑trade coordination, schedule execution, and quality. Construction kicks off in July 2026 and runs approximately 14 months through summer 2027, with additional multi‑family and base building work to follow.
