About The Role
Dalkia are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Fabric Technician to join our team supporting the Imperial College London contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of reactive building fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a varied and hands‑on role requiring a multi‑skilled individual with experience in commercial building maintenance. Safety is a key priority, and candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety procedures at all times.
