Responsibilities

• HSE Planning & Risk Management: Implement and conduct Project HSE plan and Risk Assessment (HIRARC/ JSA). Review HSE performance KPIs. Update risk assessment if site conditions change. Review environmental monitoring reports.
• Regulatory Compliance & Permit: Ensure compliance with DOSH and JLM regulations. Verify all permits/licenses for dredging vessels and marine operations. Verify all high‑risk work permits: hot work, confined space, working at height, lifting operations. Ensure permits are approved, displayed at the worksite, and closed after completion. Ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Marine & Vessel Safety Management: Inspect dredging vessels. Ensure all vessels have valid certification (Class, Safety Equipment), navigation lights and signals, and communication systems (VHF radio). Maintain mar...
