Site Safety & Health Officer — HSE Lead & Compliance

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring HSE performance, ensuring compliance, and developing HSE programs.

Essential duties include conducting inspections, leading investigations, and organizing emergency procedures. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and experience in LTA projects is advantageous.
