Job Description
Title: Junior Azure Support & SRE Engineer Location: Mexico City Duration: Long term Job Responsibilities: Monitor: Track application health using Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor. Respond: Act as the first line of defense for production incidents and outages. Troubleshoot: Resolve performance bottlenecks across the web, API, and database layers. Optimize: Fine-tune caching strategies, database queries, and API routing. Automate: Build scripts to automate routine maintenance and self-healing tasks. Technical Requirements: Compute: Deep knowledge of Azure App Services, Container Apps and Azure Static Web Apps. API Management: Experience configuring policies and routing in Azure APIM.
