Site Reliability Engineer - Aftersales(f/m/x)

Job Description

The role is for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). You will be embedded in a senior aftersales product team handling millions of requests per day. The position focuses on monitoring, observability, reliability, and improving the product codebase and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Work daily with Java and/or Kotlin, mostly using Spring Boot
• Own monitoring, alerting, and observability for your team’s services
• Create and improve dashboards using Datadog
• Monitor availability, latency, and overall system health
• Support services throughout their lifecycle, from design to production
• Take part in incident handling and post‑mortems
• Write and maintain documentation for monitoring and disaster recovery
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and QA

Qualifications

• Experience with Java or Kotlin and the ability to read and debug code
