Site Production Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a Commercial Farming Role
• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture | Horticulture |
  Plant Production | Agronomy or related field required
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans essential
• Strong knowledge of Commercial hydroponic production | Irrigation & fertigation | Plant health | Pest & disease management | GlobalG.A.P. & food safety | Production planning | Harvest coordination | Team leadership | Production reporting | Equipment & input management will be beneficial
• Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
• Contactable References and Payslips required

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary of between R 35 000 and R 40 000 negotiable based on experience
