Site Planning & Quality Analyst

Overall responsibility for AMI business in the state including implementation, OM and Revenue/ Cash. To manage relationship with key stakeholders of DISCOM directly impacting Smart Meter rollout in State. Making sure projects under deployment meet agreed technical standards. Identify and evaluate quality problems and initiate, recommend, or provide solutions during all phases of the Contract. Be the custodian of all inspection and test records/certificates. Responsible for all witness testing, approval of test records and in general, management of the QA/QC program of the project. Sample audit of Consumer Indexing data. Sample audit of field deployments and workmanship. Regular submission of QA/QC MIS to Program Manager. To lead the project planning for operational activities circle-wise in the state with focus on Meter Installation, Meter Advising Bill Generation.
