Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new community centre development in Hemel Hempstead . This exciting project consists of two buildings , associated public open spaces (POS) , car parking facilities , and play areas , delivering a valuable community asset from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project from Groundworks stage through to Handover
- Coordinate and supervise all site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards
- Liaise with Local Authorities and LABC (Local Authority Building Control)
- Monitor programme progress and resolve site issues effectively
