• Provide leadership and direction in the management of the Production, Logistics, Process Engineering, Project Management and Quality Control, including maintenance to ensure customer requirements are efficiently achieved.
• Responsible for the maintenance and measurement of the company SHERQ Management system.
• Develop and implement strategic plan initiatives for Operations.
• To manage all project plans for production expansion and process changes.
