Site Manager
Our client within the FMCG and Manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee policies and procedures within a Factory/Manufacturing environment
- Manage personnel and maintain effective Labour Relations
- Ensure adherence to Quality Control and Safety procedures
- Implement Process and Materials Management strategies
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing or Related
- Strong Engineering background: Process/Chemical or Operations
- Strong Financial and Business management skills
- Minimum 7+ years Experience within FMCG and Manufacturing Industry
- Excellent communication skills
Package & Remuneration
R 70,000 - R 90,000 - Annually
