Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist. They are looking to hire a Site Manager to join their team on a data centre construction project in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing the execution of the project, as well as directing construction and management of all site operatives and subcontractorsMonitoring progress, overseeing delivery of materials, and carrying out safety checks and resolving any issues as they ariseCoordinating the work schedules and deliveries, making sure the site is run efficientlyKeeping senior management and clients updated regularly on progressEnsuring that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements PROFILE
