About the Role We are looking for a Site Lead to join the Facility Operations team who can marry chaos and structure with ease. This individual will be responsible for ensuring 24x7 continuous operation and security of critical infrastructure, including routine and preventive maintenance activities, and overseeing all Datacenter Technicians on site. Responsibilities Oversee all personnel, hiring, discipline, and assessment of employees at the facilities, including the implementation of policies and procedures of the company. Ensure performance of the facility, specifically uptime and production. Maintain, construct, repair, and refurbish operations of one or more facilities or properties. Implement policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment.
