The incumbent will lead a team of Field Service Technicians to manage day-to-day priorities, solving client issues, optimise manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management. This role is an on-site role and will be located with our Collins team in Barcelona, Spain. Primary Responsibilities: Acts as first point of escalation for Managed Services at MAD and BCN Airports.
