Job Responsibilities

• Perform bottle washing, lubrication, CIP (clean-in-place), and OPC.
• Count stock and order necessary supplies.
• Engage customers with clear and frequent communication.
• Receive chemical deliveries.
• Decant chemicals.
• Perform drag tests.
• Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks when needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping around chemical dosing area.
• Ensure chemical labels are intact; replace if damaged.
• Wipe pump housing with a damp cloth to remove chemical residue and dust.
• Keep day tank surfaces clean and tidy.
• Check water hardness and record the results.
• Check the pH of BW rinse sections and record the results.
• Check the temperature of bottles at BW discharge and filler infeed and record the results.
