Job Description
Site HSE Manager (EPC Oil & Gas)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation of Project HSE plan and procedures for their area of work and type of activities.
- Carry out a risk assessment on the site to determine potential hazards and risk levels.
- Act as an HSE representative on-site for all site HSE issues and liaise with contractor for HSE issues related to site activities.
- Develop and seek approvals for project-required HSE plans procedures and safety equipment if applicable.
- Conduct safety audits both internal and external.
- Take part in accident-incident investigation.
- Carry out analysis of accident-incident statistics identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
- Liaise between clients on safety-related issues.
