**Work Arrangement:**
This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Fairfax Assembly, Kansas on a full-time basis.
**Responsibilities: **
+ Lead a team of HR/LR Professionals at the Fairfax Assembly Plant - including managing workload, balancing priorities, and ensuring deliverables are on time and with quality in accordance with applicable laws, collective agreements, and workplace policies.
+ Champion projects that support key HR/LR objectives in function and country.
+ Partner with People Leaders in driving GM culture, promoting positive employee experiences, and improving employee engagement/inclusion.
+ Strategic administration of the collective agreements while promoting collaborative problem-solving.
+ Provide development to HR/LR Team.
+ Participate in HRM and Talent Forum discussions within HR Function.
